Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is a really solid racer. After being slightly disappointed with Team Sonic Racing, CrossWorlds really brought me back into enjoying the franchise, and the free updates since launch have helped sweeten the deal.

The lovable monkey AiAi is the next free character to join the already sizable roster of racers.

Not only is AiAi joining the game, but his vehicle will be too, in the form of the Banana Cruiser. A special Super Monkey Ball Festival will also run in-game from February 12th to February 15th, offering special races.

There are still 2 more free DLC characters left to release, Tangle and Whisper, as well as 2 Premium DLC packs left, TMNT and Avatar.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is available on Switch 1 for $59.99 and Switch 2 for $69.99, with an upgrade pack available for Switch 1 players.
